Vasiliki Fragkou

Vasiliki Fragkou joined CPA Law in 2025. She is an Attorney at Law admitted before the Court of First Instance and a member of the Athens Bar Association, specializing in Real Estate, Commercial and Corporate Law.
Through her postgraduate studies in the field of Commercial Law, within the “Business Law and Labour Law” program at the Democritus University of Thrace, she has deepened her understanding of corporate operations as well as the legal handling of complex issues related to companies. Her ability to combine analytical thinking with a practical orientation makes her a reliable partner in addressing demanding legal cases.

Before joining the CPA Law team, she worked as a lawyer at the notarial firm “G. Stefanakos and E. Dionysiou,” where she participated in the preparation and review of notarial documents such as sale and purchase agreements, powers of attorney, company incorporation deeds, and amendments to articles of association. She also communicated effectively with clients, public authorities, and land registry offices.
As a trainee lawyer, she worked at the National Bank of Greece in the Consumer Law Litigation Department, primarily handling lawsuits filed against the Bank concerning loans granted in Swiss Francs. Her responsibilities included drafting pleadings and legal documents and participating in civil trials to support the Bank’s legal position.

In parallel, she has attended a series of academic seminars and conferences focused on corporate and commercial law, as well as real estate, thereby enhancing her theoretical and research perspective.
