Ioanna - Konstantina (Nantianna) started working with CPA Law in 2025. She is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Athens Bar Association, specializing in Corporate Law, Business Law in all its aspects and Banking Law.

Through her postgraduate studies she has deepened her analysis and understanding of the institutional framework governing business, financial markets and investment institutions. By additionally attending financial courses as part of her studies, she has cultivated an interdisciplinary approach combining legal thinking with economic reasoning, an approach that is essential for solving issues in today's professional reality. 

Prior to joining CPA Law, Ioanna – Konstantina (Nantianna) has worked in the Legal Department of a financial institution, where she provided comprehensive legal support and advised on a wide range of legal matters affecting the entire branch network. She successfully resolved complex legal issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies. In addition to these, Ioanna – Konstantina has actively contributed to litigation strategy and preparation for civil court proceedings, supporting high-stakes legal cases of the Bank and she was responsible for drafting the third – party statements for Garnishee orders delivered on the Bank.

Furthermore, Ioanna – Konstantina gained extensive litigation experience by working in a law firm, representing clients before civil, criminal, and administrative courts across various legal domains. She managed a diverse caseload with emphasis on cases relating to corporate and business law, while she was responsible for legal drafting, client communication and deepened in legal research and analysis across multiple areas of law.
