Dimitris Koutrellis

Dimitris Koutrellis joined CPA Law in 2025. He is admitted before the Court of First Instance, and he is a member of the Athens Bar Association. His legal practice focuses on Technology Law, Data Protection Law, Civil Law, and Corporate Law, with a strong academic foundation in the legal dimensions of emerging technologies.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law and Technology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, where he specialized in Privacy and Data Protection, Cybercrime, Environmental Law, and AI Governance.
Dimitris has gained diverse legal experience through his work in both the public and private sectors related to administrative, civil, corporate, and data privacy matters, as well as  before courts and public authorities.
His early legal training included internships focused on GDPR compliance, taxation, and real estate law, where he developed a strong foundation in both legal analysis and practical application.
