Dimitra Kaoutsou

Dimitra Kaoutsou joined CPA Law in 2025. She is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Athens Bar Association, specializing in Civil Law, Labor Law, Social Security Law, and Insurance Law.

Through her postgraduate studies in Public Law and Public Policies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, she has gained in-depth understanding of the functioning of institutional bodies and public administration, as well as advanced knowledge in the legal treatment of complex issues of social policy. Her ability to combine analytical thinking with a practical approach renders her a reliable partner in managing demanding legal matters.

Before joining CPA Law, Dimitra worked as a trainee lawyer at the Ministry of Justice, participating in the handling of legal issues related to public administration and judicial operations. She then gained experience as a practicing attorney in law firms and as legal counsel to a business entity, undertaking cases in civil and labor law, conducting extrajudicial procedures, and drafting specialized legal documents. She has been actively involved in the preparation and trial of civil and labor cases, as well as compensation claims arising from traffic accidents.

In parallel, she has attended a series of academic conferences and seminars on topics such as anti-corruption, human rights, and social policy, enhancing her theoretical and research perspective.
