She handles and assists in civil cases, has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts across several industries.
Georgina, is providing legal advice and legal solutions on day-to-day and complex legal issues for legal entities.
She is also specialized in real estate cases and is engaged especially with the research at Land Registry and Cadastral Offices in Greece, the sale, purchase and rental of real estate, with providing legal advice.
She has also participated in numerous M&A’s projects such as mergers, divisions and absorptions.
