Christianna joined KPMG in 2021. Prior to her current role, she worked for four years in a prestigious Greek law firm, active in several areas of commercial law and regulatory compliance, as well as participating in M&A projects. She also held for two years the position of the legal advisor to the Greek Minister of Finance, providing legal advice on matters within the competence of the Ministry of Finance, actively involved in the legislative process and participating in legislative committees.
She has specialized knowledge and experience in regulated markets, advising clients in regulatory and compliance matters, including anti-money laundering and multiple regulated industries, such as gaming, TMT and regulated consumer products.
Christianna has extensive experience in data protection law, assisting clients in compliance programs and implementation of GDPR policies and as a member of the DPO/GDPR advisors' team for Greek and international clients. She has also conducted training seminars to the management team and employees of high-profile Greek companies.
She is also advising clients on matters related to the strategic investments framework and is a member of the legal due diligence teams for multi-jurisdictional M&A projects.
